| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. At any position of the lever of gear shifting to include ignition and to press against the stop an accelerator pedal.
| 2. To hold a pedal in this situation.
It is impossible to start the engine.
| 3. To turn the kick-down mechanism lever in a transmission against the stop in the direction counter-clockwise.
|4. To move the electromagnetic valve forward to an easy tension of its cable.
|5. At first to tighten bottom of two bolts of fastening (D) (see fig. Adjustment of a cable of the kick-down mechanism in the 2nd version of execution) for fixation of the electromagnetic valve, and then the top bolt; both bolts are tightened by the moment of 29-41 Nanometer.
|6. To release an accelerator pedal.
|7. To check adjustment – the lever of the kick-down mechanism should have turn possibility in the direction counter-clockwise against the stop when the pedal of an accelerator is pressed against the stop, and ignition is included. The operating cable should be slightly tense.

Check of level of oil
The method of check of level of oil in an automatic transmission is given in subsection 6.3.3.
Check of pressure of oil in the course of transmission work
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To connect a manometer to an opening in a case (see fig. Check of pressure of oil in an automatic transmission) after stopper extraction.
| 2. To warm up transfer to working temperature. To measure pressure of oil in an engine no-load time (the correct values – see in subsection 6.3.1).
| 3. If pressure of oil too low, it is necessary to check level of oil and tightness of the case of hydraulic knot of management, a case of hydrokinetic transfer and the oil pump.
|4. If pressure of oil too high, it is necessary to check number of turns of idling, tightness of the vacuum pipeline of a regulator of a transmission and its connection with fuel system of the engine, a vacuum regulator of a transmission and hydraulic knot of management in a transmission.
|5. To measure pressure of oil at test of an overload of the engine through hydrokinetic transfer (at the standing car – the correct values are given in subsection 6.3.1).
|6. If too low, it is necessary to check pressure vacuum the pipeline, the acceleration valve, hydraulic knot of management, forward multidisk coupling and a back vacuum regulator of a transmission.
|7. In case of too high pressure it is necessary to check hydraulic knot of management in a transmission.
Test of an overload of the engine through hydrokinetic transfer
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. To connect a measuring instrument of number of turns.
| 2. To tighten the lever of the hand brake and to press a pedal of a working brake.
| 3. To establish the lever of gear shifting of an automatic transmission in the chosen situation (see subsection 6.3.1) and to press an accelerator pedal against the stop.
|4. To hold a pedal in this situation before stabilization of indications of a measuring instrument of number of turns of the engine (but no more than 2 seconds).
|5. Number of turns in the provisions "DE"; "D" and "R" should make 2000–2900 rpm.
|6. To transfer the gear shifting lever to the situation "N".
|7. To leave the engine idling not less, than for 15 seconds in order that the transmission cooled down, and to repeat measurement at the next position of the lever of gear shifting.
