GENERAL INFORMATION

Identification of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the back bridge

And – a shaft of old type with a right-hand carving,

In – a shaft of new type with a left foreign carving

Fastening of the back bridge

and plate of the holder,

In – the top bolt of back fastening,

With – the bottom bolt of forward fastening,

Leading gear wheel of the main transfer


Prevention

The leading gear wheel of the main transfer forms a single whole with shaft. Described below change the termination of this shaft concern.


From November, 1982 (a code of date of manufacturing of "SA") to July, 1983 (a code of date of manufacturing of "DS") at installation of the main transfer the special glue put on a carving as an additional tool, protecting from unscrewing a nut of an exit of a shaft of a gear wheel of the main transfer was applied.

Since August, 1983 (a code of date of manufacturing of "DT") change is entered into a design of a neck of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer and its nut. The carving on a shaft with right (old type) on left (leading gear wheels of new type) is changed. For simplification of recognition of shaft of old and new types the various form of a cut on a carving part of a shaft (see fig. is used. Identification of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the back bridge).

The way of designation of a case of the back bridge which instead of the priklepanny plate is beaten out directly on a case of the back bridge is changed also.
Prevention

In case of need unscrewing of a nut of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer in the course of installation it is necessary to use a new nut surely.

If the nut of old type (with a right-hand carving) is used, it is necessary to fix surely it from unscrewing by means of the special glue provided for this purpose.

After a tightening of a nut it is necessary to fix in addition it from unscrewing by a zachekanka. It concerns nuts both old, and new types.


Fastening of the back bridge

Since September, 1984 (a code of date of manufacturing of "EL") for elimination of a gap (And) (see fig. Fastening of the back bridge) which can be formed between inflow of the bridge and fastening elements to a plate of the holder, and in particular a bolt (In), the U-shaped laying located between inflow (left and right) and a plate of the holder is used. This laying has thickness: 0,5; 1,0 and 1,5 mm. At installation of the back bridge it is necessary to use laying of such thickness that it could move with small effort between connected elements.

Since May, 1986 (a code of date of manufacturing of "GJ") bolts and nuts of fastening of metallo-rubber pillows of the back bridge are changed. Characteristic feature of new bolts and nuts is their golden color.

In case of removal of the back bridge at its installation it is necessary to use – in all bridges – bolts and nuts of new type.
