6.3.9. Removal and transmission installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the car over the viewing channel or on the lift and to disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. From a motor compartment to unscrew four top bolts of fastening of an automatic transmission to the block of cylinders of the engine.
3. To unscrew brackets of the vacuum pipeline, and also the pipeline of filling of transfer by oil.
4. To disconnect rubber elements of a suspension bracket from brackets of fastening of a back part of final system and to suspend system to a body by means of a wire.
5. To disconnect the driveshaft from a transmission and to muffle an opening in its back part of a case a stopper from an artificial material in order that there was no oil effluence.
6. To remove the stabilizer.
7. To disconnect an oil pipeline from a radiator of oil and to muffle their openings.
8. To disconnect electric wires from a starter and to remove a starter.
9. To remove two protection and knot of drafts of the lever of gear shifting.
10. To disconnect a cable from the lever of a reduction of transfers and from the holder of a cable.
11. To disconnect a sheaf of electric wires from the relay of safe start of the engine.
12. To disconnect a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
13. To disconnect the vacuum pipeline from a vacuum regulator of an automatic transmission.
14. To unscrew through an opening of the removed starter bolts of fastening of a disk of a drive of hydrokinetic transfer.
15. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a cross-piece from a transmission and carefully to lower a transmission.
16. To take a transmission, holding hydrokinetic transfer in its case.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. In case of need to take the rings directing a flange of hydrokinetic transfer and to press them to the block of cylinders of the engine.
2. To establish hydrokinetic transfer in a case if it was taken from it. The stopper plum of oil of hydrokinetic transfer should be in an axis of an opening of a driving disk. After installation of hydrokinetic transfer on the corresponding place in a case it is necessary to check, whether makes the control size (And, see fig. The control size of a zaglubleniye of hydrokinetic transfer) between a flange of hydrokinetic transfer and a face-to-face surface of a case of 10 mm.
3. To tighten flange bolts after check, whether hydrokinetic transfer in a case freely rotates.
4. To oil for automatic transmissions and to insert the pipeline of filling by oil into the short pipeline on a case.
5. To attach a suspension bracket cross-piece to a transmission.
6. To lift a transmission and to fix a suspension bracket cross-piece to a body.
7. To insert and tighten the corresponding moment bolts of fastening of a driving disk to hydrokinetic transfer.
8. To connect electric wires to a starter and the relay of safe start of the engine, and also the vacuum pipeline to a vacuum regulator of a transmission.
9. To connect the pipeline to a radiator of oil and a cable of a drive of a speedometer.
10. To connect a cable to the holder about a transmission, and also to the lever of a reduction of transfers.
11. To establish the lever of gear shifting and a control lever at a transmission in situation "D" and to fix elements of the external mechanism of management of an automatic transmission (without their drive).
12. From an opening in a back part of a case of a transmission to take a stopper from an artificial material and to establish the driveshaft.
13. To establish the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket.
14. To attach the brackets holding vacuum of the pipeline and an oil pipeline.
15. To attach a suspension bracket of a back part of final system to a body.
16. To check level of oil and if necessary to fill amount of oil in a transmission (see subsection 6.3.3).
17. To check tightness of connections and pipelines.
