3.1.4.2.1.6. Cooling system

GENERAL INFORMATION

The closed contour of cooling by nonfreezing liquid contains a radiator, a broad tank, the pump of cooling liquid, the thermostat and the fan put in action by an electric motor, the included thermoswitch being in a radiator.

The pump of cooling liquid

The centrifugal pump of cooling liquid is put in action by a gear belt of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.

Radiator

The radiator has tanks from an artificial material and the tubular aluminum heat exchanger.

Broad tank

The broad tank is made of an artificial material.

Filling by liquid of system of cooling is carried out through a jellied opening in a broad tank.

Pressure of opening of the valve of superfluous pressure in a stopper of a broad tank: 120 kPas.

Thermostat

Thermostat wax. Temperature of the beginning of opening: 85 °–89 ° S.Temperatura of complete opening: 100 ° Page.

Fan

The fan is put in action by the electric motor included by a thermoswitch, being in a radiator.

The cars equipped with an automatic transmission, have two electric fans.

Cooling liquid

Quantity: 9,5 dm3.

Type: a mix of special nonfreezing SSM 97 B 9103 A liquid (40 %) and the distilled water (60 %) form protection to-30 ° Page.

Periodicity of replacement: each 60 000 km of run of the car or time in two years.
