Repair diameters of cylinders: are increased by 0,290 or 0,500 mm.

Piston rings

Each piston has rings: two sealing and one maslosjemny.

Sealing rings should be directed by an inscription of "Torahs" towards a head of the block of cylinders.

Gap of the lock of rings (placed in the cylinder):

  – the sealing: 0,30-0,50 mm;
  – maslosjemny: 0,40-1,40 mm.

Position of locks of rings on the piston: cuts of sealing rings should be placed evenly on piston perimeter, and components of a maslosjemny ring should have the cuts located through each 120 °.

Flywheel

The flywheel is fixed on a flange of a cranked shaft by means of 6 bolts.
