GENERAL INFORMATION

Krivoshipno-shatunny mechanism of the CVH engine

1–the piston with a finger and piston rings,
2–rod,
3–shatunny loose leaves,
4–loose leaves of radical bearings,
5–persistent half rings of a cranked shaft,
6–cranked shaft,
7–back sealing ring of a cranked shaft,
8–forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft

System of greasing of the CVH engine

1–oil filter,
2–indexes of level of oil (with the alarm system
and without the level alarm system),
3–directing the index of level of oil,
4–sensor of pressure of oil,
5–oil pump,
6–pipeline of return of oil,
7–laying,
8–the pipeline of supply of oil to the pump,
9–laying

After extraction of halves of loose leaves of radical bearings and persistent half rings of a cranked shaft it is necessary to take from system of ventilation of a case an oil separator together with its spring.

Removal and installation of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge oil from the oil pallet.
2. To remove a casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye and a gear belt.
3. To remove from a cranked shaft maple a pulley, a pulley and the oil pallet.
4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pump and to remove the pump.
5. To wash up the oil pallet and the mesh oil filter, and then to execute actions in return sequence in relation to removal process.
6. To put on a gear belt, paying attention to coincidence of signs on a cranked shaft and a cam-shaft.

Removal of the pump of cooling liquid

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the accumulator a wire of weight and to merge liquid from cooling system.
2. To remove maple a belt of a drive of the generator.
3. To rotate a cranked shaft before coincidence of the VMT adjusting signs of the piston of the 1st cylinder on a pulley of a cranked shaft and a casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye, and then to remove a casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.
4. To weaken the tension device and to remove a gear belt.
5. To disconnect the elastic pipeline of cooling liquid going to a radiator, and the pipeline of cooling liquid going to a contour of heating of salon of the car.
6. To remove the tension device of a gear belt.
7. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the pump of cooling liquid to the block of cylinders of the engine and to take the pump of cooling liquid.

Installation of the pump of cooling liquid

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear a surface of a prileganiye of laying on the pump of cooling liquid and the block of cylinders of the engine.
2. To establish new laying and to screw the pump of cooling liquid on the block of cylinders of the engine.
3. To establish the tension device of a gear belt.
4. To put on a gear belt.
5. To establish a casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.
6. To put on maple a belt of a drive of the generator and to pull it.
7. To connect elastic the pipeline of system of cooling, to fill system of cooling and to check its tightness.
