GENERAL INFORMATION

The greasing system under pressure contains the oil pump put in action by a chain from a cranked shaft, the oil filter with a replaceable element and perepuskny the oil valve.

Oil pump

The Shesterenchaty oil pump is located in front of the block of cylinders of the engine.

Pressure of oil (at temperature 80 ° C):
– at 750 rpm	0,16 MPas
– at 2000 rpm	0,31-0,46 MPas
Pressure of opening of the perepuskny valve	0,37-0,46 MPas
Gap of an external gear wheel in a pump case	0,154-0,304 mm
Gap between external and internal gear wheels	0,05-0,20 mm

Oil filter

The replaced oil filter contains the lateral channel opened automatically in case of excessive pollution of the filtering element.

Brand and type: Motorcraft EFL 90.

Periodicity of replacement: after 10 000 km of run of the car or after six months of use of the car, then each 20 000 km or time in a year.

Oil for the engine

Quantity (with the filter): 4,75 ^dm3.

Type: all-weather oil for the engine according to API SG/CD viscosity of SAE 10W 30, 10W 40 or 10W 50.

Periodicity of replacement: after 10 000 km of run of the car or after six months of use of the car, then each 20 000 km or time in a year.
