3.1.4.3.1.1. Head of the block of cylinders of the engine

GENERAL INFORMATION

The head of the block of cylinders is cast under pressure from an easy alloy and has plug-in saddles of valves.

Designation: 20

Diameters of openings of plugs of bearings of cam-shafts: 26,00–26,03 mm.

Prevention

Grinding of the bottom surface of a head of the block of cylinders is inadmissible.


Laying of a head of the block of cylinders

Laying of a head of the block of cylinders is established without hermetic application.

Brand: Reinz.

Valves

Valves with a V-shaped arrangement, are inclined at an angle 20 ° to an axis of the cylinder and are put in action by two cam-shafts (inlet valves and final valves).
