GENERAL INFORMATION

Cranked shaft

The cranked shaft is shaped together with counterbalances and leans on five radical bearings.

The axial gap is regulated by thickness of persistent half rings on the average the radical bearing.

The semi-loose leaves located in the block of cylinders, have an opening and a flute for oil.

Rods

Rods are shaped from steel and have dvutavrovy section of a rod and a straight line of the socket of the bottom head. The opening serves in the bottom head of a rod for oil dispersion in the piston for its cooling and greasing, and also for cooling of a piston finger and a rod head. Rods depending on weight are divided into four groups (And, In, With, D). Rods in the engine should belong to one group.

Pistons

Pistons are cast from an easy alloy, have a full shirt and the shifted axis of an opening of a piston finger.

Installation method: the arrow should be at the bottom directed towards a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.

Nominal diameters of pistons:
– group 1	85,970-85,980 mm
– group 2	85,980-85,990 mm
Repair diameters of pistons:
– the standard	85,980-86,000 mm
– repair +0,15	86,130-86,150 mm

Piston gap in the cylinder:

Piston rings

Each piston has three rings:

  – first (top) – sealing barrel-like;
  – second (average) – sealing conic;
  – third (bottom) – maslosjemny (from three parts with a spring ekspander).

Gap of the lock of rings (placed in the cylinder):
– the first sealing	0,30-0,60 mm
– the second sealing	0,50-0,80 mm
– maslosjemny	0,40-1,50 mm

Piston fingers

The fingers made of steel, are pressed in a head of a rod and rotate in piston naves.

Installation method: after heating of a rod to temperature 260 °–300 ° Page.

Flywheel

The flywheel is screwed on a cranked shaft by six asymmetrically located bolts.
