3.2.1.4.1. Removal and turbokompressor installation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Turbokompressor


1–turbokompressor,

2–the pipeline of supply of oil to a turbokompressor,

3–a returnable oil pipeline from a turbokompressor,

4–the pipeline of supply of the compressed air to an inlet collector,

5–pipeline of a conclusion of exhaust gases,

6–target valve

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
2. To lift the car.
3. Having sprayed means for rust removal, to unscrew three nuts of fastening of the final pipeline of exhaust gases to a turbokompressor flange.
4. To disconnect from the block of cylinders of the engine the returnable pipeline of oil from a turbokompressor. For this purpose it is necessary to weaken two хомутика and, turning, to take the pipeline up, towards a turbokompressor.
5. To lower the car.
6. To disconnect from the air filter and from a turbokompressor an air pipe. To cut a hook from an artificial material and to take the pipeline of supply of air from a bracket on a radiator casing.
7. To disconnect from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders the elastic pipeline of system of ventilation of a case of the engine.
8. To unscrew from an inlet collector two bolts of fastening of a metal part of the pipeline of ventilation of a case of the engine.
9. To remove the pipeline of supply of air to a turbokompressor.
10. To disconnect from an inlet collector a bend of the pipeline of supply of air. To muffle jams open openings in a turbokompressor.
11. To remove an oil pipeline going from a turbokompressor to an oil radiator.
12. Having sprayed means for rust removal, to unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of a final collector to a head of the block of cylinders of the engine.
13. To remove from a head of the block of cylinders of the engine an inlet collector and a turbokompressor.
14. To remove laying of an inlet collector.
15. To unscrew three nuts of fastening of a turbokompressor and to disconnect it from a final collector.
16. To unscrew four nuts of fastening of a final flange to a turbokompressor and to take a flange together with laying.

Installation


Prevention

For fastening of a final collector and a turbokompressor always it is necessary to use new nuts.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On a final collector to establish a knee together with new laying. To put the clamps fastenings and to tighten them the corresponding moment.
2. On a final collector to establish new laying of a flange of a turbokompressor.
3. To establish a turbokompressor on a final collector and to tighten nuts of fastening of a turbokompressor the corresponding moment.
4. To put on a head of the block of cylinders new laying of a final collector.
5. To attach to a turbokompressor the union of a returnable oil pipeline and to pull on it the elastic pipeline.
6. To insert an inlet collector and a strut from an artificial material. To establish bolts and nuts, but not to tighten them.
7. To put on an elastic returnable oil pipeline the union of the block of cylinders of the engine and to fix both ends of this pipeline collars.
8. To tighten bolts and nuts of a final collector the corresponding moment in three stages (see subsection 3.2.1.2.9).
9. Other actions to execute in sequence of return in relation to removal process.
