GENERAL INFORMATION

Identification designations and labels of the correct position of the piston and rod

1–designation of diameter of the piston,
2–designation of the direction of installation in the cylinder (the arrow should be directed towards a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye),
3–designation of the direction of installation of a rod concerning the piston (the letter "F" should be sent to the same party, as the shooter at the bottom of the piston),
4–designation of number of the cylinder,
5–designation of length of a rod,
6–designation of weight of a rod

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish persistent half rings of a cranked shaft in nests on the average the radical bearing, directing oil flutes of half rings outside of the radical bearing.
2. To insert loose leaves of radical bearings.
3. To oil radical and shatunny necks of a shaft and loose leaves of radical bearings.
4. To establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves of radical bearings in the block of cylinders of the engine.
5. To establish covers of radical bearings (shooters on covers directed towards a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye) together with loose leaves.
6. To oil a carving of new bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings.
7. To tighten bolts of fastening of covers of radical bearings the corresponding moment.
8. If piston rings acted in film, to establish them on pistons an inscription of "TOP" directed towards a bottom of the piston.
9. To place locks of rings at an angle 120 °.
10. To oil a smooth surface of cylinders, a lateral surface of pistons and piston rings.
11. To establish semi-loose leaves in the bases of rods.
12. To establish knots the piston rod in cylinders, paying attention to adjusting signs (see fig. Identification designations and labels of the correct position of the piston and rod):
      – the rod and a cover are designated by cylinder number in which are established (the cylinder No. 1 from a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye);
      – an arrow at the bottom of the piston and the letter "F" on a lateral surface of a neck of a rod should be directed towards a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye;
      – rods are divided into four selection groups, differing by distance between axes of openings of a head and the basis; it allows to limit to a minimum a difference of a vystupaniye of the piston over the top plane of the block of cylinders (and thereby and a difference of extent of compression in separate cylinders); the selection group of distance between axes of rods is designated by the letters "And", "In", "With" and "D" which have been beaten out on covers of rods (the letter "And" belongs to the shortest rods);
      – rods are divided into two selection groups depending on their weight: "light" (easy) and "heavy" (heavy); all rods in the engine should belong to the same group on weight.
13. To insert semi-loose leaves into covers of rods.
14. To oil shatunny loose leaves and shaft necks.
15. To establish covers of rods, paying attention to their designation (see fig. Identification designations and labels of the correct position of the piston and rod).
16. To insert new bolts of fastening of covers of rods and to oil their carving.
17. To tighten bolts of fastening of covers of rods the corresponding moment.
18. To oil laying of round section of the pipeline of supply of oil to the oil pump.
19. To establish the pipeline of supply of oil and to check, whether there is a laying on the corresponding place.
20. To establish a back cover of a cranked shaft together with the new laying reaching the bottom plane of the block of cylinders of the engine.
21. To establish by means of the adaptation 21.148 and a fastening bolt a pulley of a cranked shaft, a forward plate of the block of cylinders together with new laying.
22. To oil a forward neck of a cranked shaft and laying of round section of a pulley.
23. To establish a pulley on a cranked shaft, paying attention, that the shponochny groove with a shponka in a neck was precisely opposite to a groove in a pulley.
24. To oil an intermediate shaft and plugs of bearings in the block of cylinders, and also a forward basic plate.
25. To establish in the block of cylinders an intermediate shaft together with a basic plate.
26. To grease the specified places (see fig. Places of drawing of pressurizing paste on a surface of the block of cylinders of the engine): a thin layer of pressurizing paste and to establish the oil pallet together with new laying.
27. To insert at first four bolts of fastening in corners of the oil pallet, to screw up them a hand, then to insert and screw up a hand other bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
28. To tighten bolts – except for bolts in pallet corners – the corresponding moment.
29. To tighten bolts in corners of the oil pallet the corresponding moment.
30. To establish the pump of cooling liquid together with new laying.
31. To fill in in the oil pump about 10 cm3 of oil.
32. To establish the oil pump.
33. To screw the oil filter.
34. To establish a head of the block of cylinders of the engine (see subsection 3.2.1.4.4).
35. To establish the generator.
36. To establish the fuel pump (see subsection 3.2.1.3.3)
37. To establish a pulley on a cranked shaft.
