3.2.1.10. Greasing system

GENERAL INFORMATION

Greasing system

1–oil pallet,

2–the pipeline of supply of oil to the pump,

3–laying,

4–the oil pump with an arm,

5–cover of the oil pump,

6–Perepuskny valve,

7–oil filter

Removal and installation of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To unscrew the oil filter.
2. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the block of cylinders of the engine.
3. To remove the oil pump.
4. To take laying of round section.
5. To establish new laying of round section.
6. To fill in in the pump 10 of cm3 of oil.
7. To establish the oil pump.
8. To screw up four bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the block of cylinders of the engine.
9. To screw the oil filter.

Check of pressure of oil

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect the electric socket from the sensor of pressure of oil.
2. To unscrew the sensor of pressure of oil.
3. To the place of the sensor to screw up a manometer for measurement of pressure of oil.
4. To start the engine and to warm up it to normal working temperature.
5. To read size of pressure of oil idling and at number of turns of the engine of 2000 rpm.
6. If pressure of oil does not correspond to demanded values (see subsection 3.2.1.2.6), it is necessary to check in turn:
      – Perepuskny pump valve;
      – pollution of a grid of a maslopriyemnik of the oil pump;
      – fastening and capacity of the pipeline of supply of oil to the pump;
      – degree of wear of the oil pump (excessive gaps of gear wheels of the oil pump).
7. To switch off the engine.
8. To disconnect a manometer.
9. To screw up the sensor of pressure of oil.
10. To connect the electric socket to the sensor of pressure of oil.
