| 1. To clear surfaces of a prileganiye of laying on the top plane of the block of cylinders and the bottom plane of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 2. To screw up in the block of cylinders adjusting pins (adaptation 21.003) and to establish new laying of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. To establish a head of the block of cylinders. To screw in in available openings a hand its bolts, to replace adjusting pins with other bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 4. To tighten bolts of a head of the block of cylinders (adaptation 21.002) in the three first a stage (see subsection 4.1.1.9), observing the corresponding order of their tightening (see fig. Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders). |
| 5. To establish according to adjusting signs of a gear wheel on cranked and distributive shaft. |
| 6. To establish the ignition distributor, a gear belt and to unblock the tension device of a gear belt. |
Prevention
After installation of a gear belt it is possible to rotate a cranked shaft only in the direction in which the shaft rotates at operation of the engine.

7. To check and in case of need to adjust a gap of valves (see subsection 4.1.2). |
| 8. To establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and to tighten bolts according to recommended order (see fig. Order of a tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders). |
| 9. To screw up spark plugs, to screw a casing of a gear belt and to attach a forward exhaust pipe to a final collector. |
| 10. To establish on the ignition distributor the distributor of a high voltage and to attach wires of a high voltage to the corresponding spark plugs. |
| 11. To connect a vacuum hose to the carburetor, and also the pipeline of giving and removal of cooling liquid to the case of the automatic starting arrangement of the carburetor. |
| 12. To connect the pipeline of ventilation of a transmission to an oil divider. |
| 13. To connect the pipeline of the vacuum amplifier of brakes and a cable of a pedal of an accelerator. |
| 14. To connect hoses: top and bottom to a broad tank and to fill system of cooling with liquid to an appropriate level. |
| 15. To connect to the accumulator a wire of weight of the car and to establish the bottom casing. |
| 16. To start the engine and to warm up it to temperature of normal work. |
| 17. To adjust a corner of an advancing of ignition (see subsection 4.1.3.5), number of turns of idling and concentration WITH in exhaust gases (see subsection 4.1.4.1.3, subsection 4.1.4.2.5). |
| 18. After warming up of the engine to uncover heads of the block of cylinders and to disconnect wires of a high voltage from spark plugs. |
| 19. To tighten bolts of a head of the block of cylinders (adaptation 21.002) on an order given on fig. Order of a tightening of bolts of a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 20. To establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, observing during a tightening the corresponding sequence (see fig. An order of a tightening of bolts of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders) and to connect wires of a high voltage to spark plugs. |
