4.1.6. Removal and engine installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.

2. To remove a cowl.

3. To remove the air filter.

4. To merge cooling liquid from cooling system (to disconnect pipelines from a radiator, a broad tank, the case of the automatic starting arrangement of the carburetor, and also a heater).

5. To disconnect electric wires from the generator, the sensor of temperature of cooling liquid and the sensor of pressure of oil.

6. To remove from the ignition distributor the distributor of a high voltage together with wires.

7. To disconnect from the ignition distributor the multicontact socket.

8. To disconnect from the carburetor a cable of a pedal of an accelerator.

9. To disconnect from the carburetor fuel and vacuum hoses, and also electric wires.

10. To remove maple a belt and the auxiliary pump of system of a steering (if is present at this version). To suspend the auxiliary pump to a car body by means of a soft wire.

11. To unscrew a forward reception pipe from a final collector.

12. To establish таль for engine lifting (adaptation 21.068) and to raise the engine, and then to unscrew holders of the engine.

13. To unscrew the bolts connecting the engine to a transmission

14. To disconnect electric wires and to remove a starter.

15. To disconnect from the engine a weight wire.

16. To remove the holder located between the engine and a transmission.

17. To prop up a transmission by means of the corresponding lift and a wide board and a few to raise a transmission.

18. To take carefully the engine, taking at first arms of its fastening to a body cross-piece.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Installation of the engine is carried out in return sequence in relation to removal process.

2. To oil шлицов a shaft of coupling of a transmission before connection of these knots.

3. To establish new laying of a forward exhaust pipe.

4. To fill system of cooling with the corresponding liquid and to remove air from cooling system.

5. To check and in case of need to adjust a corner of an advancing of ignition, and also number of turns of the engine idling and concentration WITH in exhaust gases.
