Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a transmission in neutral situation and to fix the car the parking brake.
2. To remove maple a belt for what to weaken the bolts, fixing the generator and to shift it towards the engine.
3. To establish the piston of 1 cylinder in the top dead point, turning a cranked shaft for a bolt, a fixing pulley of a maple belt, in the direction of working rotation until the label of the top dead point will not be combined with a label on a casing.
4. To unscrew the bolts, fixing a casing of a gear belt, to reject aside and forward and to remove it.
5. To weaken a tension of a gear belt, in the beginning having unscrewed a bolt with an internal shestigrannik (s=6 key) on the block of a tension of a belt, and then a bolt with a six-sided head (s=16) and overcoming resistance of a spring, to incline the block of a tension and полнлстью to unscrew bolts.
6. To remove a belt pulley from a cranked shaft. If the gear belt acts in film only from a cam-shaft pulley, to remove a pulley from a cranked shaft does not follow.
7. Cнять gear belt.
Prevention

To turn the engine it is impossible for a cam-shaft pulley as it can destroy a belt. At existence on a belt of cracks, traces of oil or porezhdeniye of teeths, it is necessary to replace a belt.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check coincidence of labels on a pulley of a cam-shaft and a head бдока cylinders. If necessary to combine labels.
2. An intermediate shaft to establish so that the label on a rotor of the distributor was over a label on the brink of the distributor. Previously it is necessary to uncover the distributor having raised a screw-driver 2 lateral fixing brackets and having unscrewed 2 screws of fastening of a cover.
3. To establish a gear belt on a pulley of a cranked shaft and to tighten on cranked to a shaft a pulley of a maple belt.
4. To establish a gear belt on a pulley of a cam-shaft and to weaken the block of a tension of a belt.
5. To turn on two turns a cranked shaft for a pulley of a maple belt so that the block of a tension became on a gear belt and to tighten the tension block: at first a bolt with a six-sided head, and then with an internal shestigrannik.
6. To turn a cranked shaft on 2 turns and to check compliance of labels on a pulley of a cam-shaft, a rotor of the distributor of ignition and a pulley of a maple belt of a cranked shaft.
7. To establish a casing of a gear belt.
8. To establish a cover of the distributor of ignition (see fig. Adjusting signs of system of a gazoraspredeleniye).
