GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

After dismantling of a transmission it is necessary to replace all spring lock rings on new with the thickness providing obtaining of demanded values of an axial gap of elements established with their help. It is necessary to replace all sealing rings also.

Transmission elements (shaft, bearings, synchronizers, the gear shifting mechanism etc.) settle down in two cases which were reported among themselves.

The first of them, located closer to the engine, contains also coupling and is called as a coupling case (though in its back part six elements of a transmission settle down); another is called as a transmission case (though it does not contain all elements of this knot).

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To merge oil from a transmission.
2. From a case of coupling to remove vyzhimny the bearing and forks of switching off of coupling.
3. To fix a flange of connection of the forward hinge of the driveshaft and to unscrew a nut of fastening of a flange by means of drawing of easy blows on a key.
4. By means of the Ford 16.040 adaptation to remove directing plug of the vyzhimny bearing of coupling.
5. To remove an internal spring ring from primary shaft.
6. To remove a plate of fixing of a nut of the bearing of an intermediate shaft (see fig. Front view of a case of coupling).
7. By means of a key of 17 mm to unscrew a nut of the bearing of an intermediate shaft.
8. Sideways a case to unscrew bolts (Torx type) of a stopper of transfer of a backing (see fig. Type of the left side of a transmission).
9. Sideways a case to unscrew a stopper (2) stoppers of the selector and to take a spring, a pusher, the plug and a ball of a stopper of the selector.
10. To unscrew the switch (3) fires of a backing.
11. To unscrew two bolts (4 and 5) fastenings of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and to take only a forward bolt (4).
12. To unscrew ten bolts of connection of a case of coupling with a transmission case.
13. By means of two screw-drivers carefully to divide both parts of a case of a transmission.
14. To remove a coupling case from a transmission case; in case of need to use the adaptation 16.041.
15. To remove an axis of forks (1) (see fig. Mechanism of gear shifting of a transmission of MT 75 type) 3–4 transfers, 5th transfer and backing transfer.
16. To take a back bolt (5) (see fig. Type of the left side of a transmission) fastenings of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing.
17. From a case of a transmission to take a magnet.
18. By means of the corresponding stripper to remove from a secondary shaft a flange of connection of the forward hinge of the driveshaft.
19. To take a sealing ring from a secondary shaft.
20. To remove a driving gear wheel of a speedometer and its remote plug.
21. To extend from a transmission case a secondary shaft by means of a stripper.
