GENERAL INFORMATION

Needle valve of a float

  

Violation of operability of the needle valve usually occurs at its pollution owing to fuel application to foreign particulates or owing to mechanical wear.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect the accumulator and to remove the air filter.
2. To unscrew 7 bolts of fastening of a cover of the carburetor иснять it.
3. To squeeze out a float axis from springs of fastening and to lower a float in the carburetor case.
4. To take out the needle valve using пассатижи with thin sponges or tweezers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before installation to check a somtoyaniye of a rubber tip of the needle valve and to clear a valve saddle.
2. To establish, being careful, the needle valve of a float.
3. To connect the valve to an axis in fastening springs.
4. To establish new laying of the carburetor, a cover of the carburetor and evenly to tighten a carburetor cover.
5. To establish the air filter and to connect the accumulator.
6. To check turns of idling and the maintenance of an oxide of carbon (WITH).
