Removal of the engine of a screen wiper
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To include a screen wiper and at the moment of emergence of a nut of fastening of a crank on a shaft of the engine to switch off ignition or to remove a weight wire from the accumulator plug.
2. To unscrew a nut of fastening of a crank (2) on a shaft of the engine and to remove it. To unscrew three bolts (1) fastening of the engine of a screen wiper to an arm.
3. To take the engine of a screen wiper and to disconnect the socket of electric wires.

Installation of the engine of a screen wiper
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To connect the socket of electric wires to the screen wiper engine.
2. To insert the engine of a screen wiper and to tighten bolts of fastening of the engine of a screen wiper to an arm.
3. To establish a crank of the lever mechanism on an axis of the engine and to check, whether the crank ledge entered into deepening of an axis of the engine.
4. To tighten a nut of fastening of a crank to an engine axis.
5. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator (if it was removed) or to include ignition and to check correctness of functioning of a screen wiper of a windscreen.

Removal and installation of the lever mechanism of a screen wiper
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a weight wire from the accumulator
2. To reject up a plastic protective cap of the lever of a screen wiper, to unscrew a fastening nut, to remove a washer and the screen wiper lever together with a brush (see fig. Windscreen screen wiper).
3. To repeat the described actions for the second lever of a screen wiper.
4. To lift a cowl, to disconnect pipelines of supply of liquid to nozzles of a washer of a windscreen and to unscrew on one bolt on both ends of a lattice of supply of air in a body.
5. To close a cowl and to unscrew eight bolts after removal of plastic casings.
6. To remove a lattice of supply of air in a body.
7. To unscrew seven bolts of fastening of the holder of the lever mechanism of a screen wiper of a windscreen (cтрелками is shown the provision of seven bolts of fastening).
8. To take the holder together with the engine of a screen wiper and the lever mechanism.
9. To disconnect electric wires from the engine.
Prevention

Drafts of the mechanism are connected to its cranks by means of spherical nylon fingers. Fingers should be taken carefully by means of the lever, and to insert after a covering graphite greasing.
10. For installation of the lever mechanism it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to removal process.
