9.1.3. Dismantling and assembly of a rack of a suspension bracket

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a suspension bracket rack.

2. To clamp the lower part of a rack of a suspension bracket in a vice.

3. To establish the adaptation 14.021 for compression of springs and to compress a suspension bracket spring.

4. To unscrew a nut of fastening of basic laying of a rack of a suspension bracket, blocking a shock-absorber rod a key for six-sided nests of 6 mm.

5. To take basic laying, the basic bearing, the top basic plate of a spring, a rubber casing, and also the compressed spring together with the adaptation.

6. To remove the rubber buffer from a shock-absorber rod.

7. To check a condition of details and purity of basic plates of a spring.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER

To collect a suspension bracket rack, carrying out actions in return sequence in relation to removal process. To pay attention to the correct installation of a spring in basic plates.
