Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect pipelines of giving and oil return from the hydraulic amplifier. The ends of pipelines to muffle jams for protection against pollution.
2. To disconnect tips with spherical hinges from steering drafts after weakening of fastening of lock-nuts.
3. To remove collars of fastening of casings and protective rubber a casing from the transfer case.
4. To move a gear lath from an emphasis against the stop for removal of the oil which has remained in the hydraulic amplifier.
5. To move a gear lath to extreme situation and to clamp a lath (for teeths) in a vice.
6. To remove clamps of fastening of steering drafts and to disconnect steering drafts from the gear river.
7. To unscrew bolts of a cover of a pusher, to uncover, take adjusting laying, a spring and a pusher.
8. To unscrew the bottom stopper from the case of a driving gear wheel of steering transfer.
9. To unscrew a lock-nut of a driving gear wheel of steering transfer.
10. To designate the provision of a driving gear wheel corresponding to advance, and also a vystupaniye of a gear lath from both parties of the case.
11. To remove a casing of a driving gear wheel of steering transfer and a lock ring of the bearing.
12. To take a driving gear wheel of steering transfer from the case together with the bearing.
13. To remove from a shaft of a driving gear wheel flat laying, a sealant and the bearing.
14. To designate the provision of a casing of a gear lath and an adjusting ring with a carving concerning the case of a driving gear wheel.
15. To unscrew an adjusting ring with a carving, to remove a casing of a gear lath, to take laying of round section and nylon remote laying.
16. To clamp the case of a driving gear wheel in a vice.
17. To take a gear lath and the remote plug.
18. To take, without having damaged a gear lath, a lock ring from the remote plug and to take laying, laying of round section and laying of the piston of the amplifier. To take other flat laying and a lock ring.
19. To take the remote plug.
20. To take a sealant of a gear lath and slanted remote laying from the remote plug.

Check of a gear lath

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check a condition of cooperating surfaces:
      – a sealing ring with shaft of a driving gear wheel of steering transfer;
      – teeths of a gear lath and driving gear wheel, and also working surface of a pusher;
      – teflon sealant of the dividing valve of steering transfer.
2. To check and wash out hydraulic the pipeline and channels:
      – pipelines and roundabout were suited by (by-pass) in the case of a gear lath;
      – dividing valve.
3. To replace the worn-out or damaged details and to grease edges of sealing rings with Calipsol greasing.
Prevention

The teflon ring of the union of the dividing valve directly ahead of installation should be lowered in boiling water in order that it could settle down correctly.

The driving gear wheel of steering transfer and the dividing valve are completed with pairs and it is necessary to replace them together.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a new sealing ring in the case of a driving gear wheel.
2. To establish a gear lath in a vice.
3. To insert on a gear lath the remote plug with slanted laying and a sealing ring.
4. To establish piston laying with new laying of round section. To put on flat laying and lock rings.
Prevention

In the course of installation of lock rings it is necessary to preserve a gear lath against damage.
5. To establish the nylon plug and laying of round section in the case of a driving gear wheel.
6. To enter 40 g of firm greasing between teeths of a gear lath and to move it in the case against the stop the remote plug to the gear wheel case.
7. To oil an adjusting ring of a casing with a carving. To establish a casing and the case of a driving gear wheel according to the designations executed in the course of dismantling of transfer.
8. To tighten a ring with a carving by means of the corresponding key and to fix from unscrewing by a kerneniye of the case of a driving gear wheel in places подрезки rings.
9. To insert the bottom bearing of a driving gear wheel and a lock ring.
10. To establish a gear lath on the average situation and to insert a driving gear wheel according to the designations executed in the course of dismantling of transfer.
11. To put on a shaft of a driving gear wheel the top laying and a lock ring.
12. To tighten a lock-nut of a driving gear wheel and to establish a casing filled with firm greasing.
13. To establish the pusher, a spring, adjusting laying of a gap, and also a cover greased with pressurizing paste.
14. To move a gear lath so that its teeths were visible. To clamp it in a vice, to fix steering drafts and to insert new clamps.
15. To establish rubber protective a casing and to fix them new collars of fastening.
16. To screw on steering drafts tips with spherical hinges and to fix them from unscrewing by lock-nuts.
