GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of the intermediate bearing

1–case of the intermediate bearing,
2–lock ring,
3–bolt,
4–intermediate bearing,
5–crosswise hinge,
6–adjusting U-shaped plate

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the driveshaft.
2. To unclench safety laying and to unscrew a bolt of fastening of forks of the crosswise hinge. To remove aside an adjusting U-shaped plate, having designated at first its situation.
3. To disconnect forks of the crosswise hinge and to remove from a shaft a protective casing together with the case of the intermediate bearing.
4. By means of a universal two-humeral stripper to remove from a shaft the bearing together with a casing and a sealing ring.

Assembly

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Space between the bearing and a protective casing to fill with universal greasing.
2. To establish the bearing together with a casing on a shaft by means of the plug of the corresponding diameter (the red party of the bearing should be directed to forks of the near crosswise hinge).
3. To put on the case with a protective casing the bearing established on a shaft.
4. To insert forks of the crosswise hinge.
5. A bolt of fastening of forks together with the laying protecting from its unscrewing to screw up in a forward shaft and to tighten it so that it was possible to insert an adjusting U-shaped plate.
6. To connect both parts of the driveshaft, establishing forks of hinges on its both ends in one plane. Default of this condition does not provide balancing of a shaft and causes strong vibration.
7. To establish an U-shaped plate, to tighten a connecting bolt the necessary moment and to fix it from unscrewing, having bent safety laying.
8. To establish the driveshaft.
