9.2.3. Replacement of a spring of a suspension bracket
GENERAL INFORMATION

Removal of a spring of a back suspension bracket

 1–brackets of fastening of brake hoses,

2–bottom fastening of the shock-absorber,

3–fastening of a beam of a back axis to a body,

4–axis of rotation of the lever

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a protective cap of a back wheel and to weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel.
2. To lift and fix a back part of the car, to remove the corresponding back wheel.
3. To remove a brake drum (see subsection 10.3).
4. A cap key to unscrew four bolts of fastening of the case (5, see fig. A back suspension bracket) bearings of a nave of a wheel, rotating a nave of a back wheel so that its openings settled down on continuation of an axis of separate bolts of fastening of the case of bearings of a nave.
5. To remove from within a bearing brake disk a plastic casing of the external driving hinge of a semi-axis after a raising a screw-driver of tightening rings on heads of bolts and unscrewing of bolts of fastening of a casing.
6. To take a semi-axis entirely through bearing board of a back brake, directing it directly and holding so that it did not overhang down.
7. To take an U-shaped clamp and to remove a brake hose (without disconnecting it) from the holder under the bottom about a wheel.
8. To establish a jack under the lever of a suspension bracket and to lift the lever so that all loading fell on a suspension bracket spring.
9. To unscrew the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (a berlin body) or to remove the shock-absorber (a body комби).
10. To unscrew from the relevant party bolts of fastening of a beam of a back axis to a body after bending back of safety laying and unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of the metallo-rubber plug (8, see fig. A back suspension bracket), and also two bolts of fastening of this plug to a body.
11. Carefully to lower the lever down.
12. To take a suspension bracket spring together with a rubber basic cup.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a spring together with a rubber basic cup on a shoulder of the lever of a suspension bracket.
2. To lift a jack to put a spring on the corresponding place.
Prevention

In cars with a body комби at the same time with a spring it is necessary to establish the shock-absorber.
3. To attach the metallo-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis to a body, having tightened bolts of its fastening the corresponding moments.
4. To establish the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (in cars with a body комби), and also connection of a brake hose on the holder of a body and to fix it.
5. To take a jack.
6. To establish a semi-axis with a wheel nave. To attach a wheel nave four new bolts to the suspension bracket lever, tightening them the corresponding moment.
7. To establish from within a bearing brake board a plastic casing of the external driving hinge of a semi-axis.
8. To establish a brake drum.
9. To establish a wheel, to put the clamps wheel fastenings, to lower the car and to tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel the corresponding moment.
