10.3.3. Cylinder replacement

 Replacement with removal of blocks
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a drum and brake shoes.
2. To disconnect from the cylinder the brake pipeline and to muffle its opening the corresponding stopper.
3. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of the cylinder to a bearing board and to take the brake cylinder together with a sealing ring.
4. To establish the cylinder together with a new sealing ring and to tighten the corresponding moment two bolts of fastening of the cylinder to a bearing board.
5. To connect the brake pipeline and to tighten its nut the moment of 8 Nanometers.
6. To establish brake shoes and a drum.
7. To remove air from brake system.
8. Strongly to press a brake pedal several times, knock in the back brakes, meaning their regulation will not stop yet.

Replacement without removal of brake shoes
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a brake drum.
2. To unscrew the brake pipeline from the cylinder and to muffle the pipeline the corresponding stopper.
3. To stretch brake shoes so that the lever of adjustment of a gap removed blocks from the cylinder.
4. To unscrew two bolts of fastening of the cylinder to a bearing board and to take the brake cylinder together with a sealing ring.
5. To establish the cylinder together with a new sealing ring and to tighten the corresponding moment two bolts of fastening of the cylinder to a bearing disk.
Berlin of 2,0 dm3 and комби
6. To weaken the lever of adjustment of a gap, pressing a lever ledge a screw-driver in the direction to the cylinder.
Berlin of 1,3 and 1,6 dm3
7. To press down a latch of adjustment of a gap by means of a screw-driver, releasing thus the adjusting lever, pressing at the same time back block (asynchronous) to the cylinder.

8. To check correctness of installation of the ends of blocks in grooves of pistons of the brake cylinder.
9. To connect the brake pipeline and to tighten its nut the moment of 8 Nanometers.
10. To remove air from brake system.
11. Strongly to press a brake pedal several times, knock in the back brakes, meaning their regulation will not stop yet.
