Prevention
Simultaneous replacement of all brake shoes of forward brakes if at least one of them wears out till the minimum thickness is recommended.
Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To weaken nuts of fastening of forward wheels. |
2. To lift and fix in front of the car, to remove forward wheels. |

3. To unscrew in the top part of a support a bolt of fastening of a support of a brake to the holder, holding with a flat key the top directing finger. |
|
4. To take a bolt of fastening of a support of a brake to the holder. |
Prevention
In cars with engines 2,0 of dm3 it is necessary to unscrew two bolts.
|
5. To reject back a support concerning the holder and to take brake shoes. |
6. Carefully to press the piston in a support by means of the corresponding wooden core, being careful not to damage an elastic casing of the piston. In case of need it is possible to remove previously a little brake liquid from a tank. |
7. To check a condition of a brake disk and an elastic casing of the piston. |

8. To establish on the corresponding places brake shoes with an anti-vibrating level, to turn a support in the direction of his holder. |
9. To tighten a bolt of fastening of a support the moment of 32 Nanometers. |
10. In the same way to replace brake shoes in the second forward brake. |
11. To establish wheels, to lower the car and to tighten nuts of fastening of wheels. |
12. Several times strongly to press a pedal of a brake to bring into contact brake shoes with a brake disk. |
13. In case of need to add amount of brake liquid in a tank.

Replacement
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To weaken nuts of fastening of forward wheels. |
2. To lift and fix in front of the car, to remove forward wheels. |
3. Carefully to pick up a screw-driver and to take a bracket of fastening of a support of a brake. |
4. By means of a key for internal shestigrannik of 7 mm to unscrew two directing fingers of a support. |
5. To disconnect sockets of wires of the sensor of wear of brake shoes. |
6. To disconnect a support from the holder and to suspend it to a body by means of a wire (without unscrewing of connection of brake hoses). |
7. To take from a support an internal brake shoe and an external brake shoe from directing blocks. |
8. Carefully to press the piston in a support by means of the corresponding wooden core, being careful not to damage an elastic casing of the piston. In case of need it is possible to remove previously a little brake liquid from a tank. |
9. To check a condition of a brake disk and an elastic casing of the piston. |
10. To establish an internal brake shoe in a support and to press into the piston a spring of an internal block. To establish an external brake shoe in directing a support. |
11. To establish a support in directing and to screw up two directing fingers of a support, tightening them the moment of 20 Nanometers. |
12. To establish on the corresponding place a bracket of fastening of a support of a brake. |
13. In the same way to replace brake shoes in the second forward brake. |
14. To establish wheels, to lower the car and to tighten nuts of fastening of wheels. |
15. Several times strongly to press a pedal of a brake to bring into contact brake shoes with a brake disk. |
16. In case of need to add amount of brake liquid in a tank.
