GENERAL INFORMATION

Thermostat

 1–case of the thermostat,

2–sealing ring,

3–thermostat,

4–spring clip

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To pick up a screw-driver a spring clip of the thermostat and to take the thermostat together with a sealing ring.
2. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
3. To merge cooling system.
4. To disconnect from the thermostat case elastic pipelines of system of cooling.
5. To remove the thermostat case, having unscrewed two bolts of its fastening.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clear surfaces of connection of the case of the thermostat and a head of the block of cylinders of the engine.
2. To insert the thermostat into the case, a new sealing ring and a spring clip.
3. To establish the thermostat case together with new laying in a head of the block of cylinders of the engine, tightening bolts of fastening the corresponding moment.
4. To connect to the thermostat case elastic pipelines of system of cooling.
5. To fill system with cooling liquid.
6. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
7. To start and warm up the engine, and also to check tightness of connections of system of cooling.
8. After cooling of the engine to check and in case of need to add level of cooling liquid in a broad tank.
