10. Brake system

10.1. Technical characteristics


The working brake system is put in action hydraulically. In system the vacuum amplifier of brakes is used. The brake system consists of two contours. Forward brakes disk, and back – drum-type. The hand brake is put in action mechanically and puts in action back brakes.

Forward brakes

Forward brakes – disk. In them full disks and floating a support with one piston are used.

In a cavity of the main cylinder two pistons are located consistently, each of which operates the contour.

Vacuum amplifier of brakes

The vacuum amplifier of brakes influences the main brake cylinder and contains one diaphragm.

Pressure regulator

The regulator of pressure is established on the pipeline of back brakes and limit force of braking of back wheels.
