Lowering and lifting of glasses of lateral doors

Switches of electric lifts of glasses of forward left and right lateral doors

Glasses of lateral doors, depending on the version of equipment of the car, fall and rise by means of the handles located on inside of doors, or electricly by means of the lifts operated by buttons.

Electric mechanisms can be established in lobbies or in all lateral doors of the car. Electric switches are located on the average console behind the lever of gear shifting and are available to the driver and the passenger.

Electric switches of mechanisms of back lateral doors are located in armrests. Besides, on the average console there is the additional switch which is switching off giving of a current to switches of management of glasses of back lateral doors and making by impossible discovery of these windows. The additional switch should be pressed in order that management of opening of glasses of back lateral doors was possible.

Hatch opening

For opening of the hatch it is necessary to lower down the handle and to rotate it in the direction counter-clockwise. After hatch opening (partially or completely) it is necessary to combine the handle. At handle rotation in the opposite direction the hatch is closed.

For an inclination of a back part of the hatch it is necessary to rotate at the closed hatch the handle clockwise. After overcoming of considerable resistance the back part of the hatch will rise. After achievement of a necessary inclination it is necessary to combine the handle. At a high speed of movement the inclination of the hatch can cause education in the car of the lowered pressure. It can be avoided by opening of average nozzles of system of ventilation on the forward panel.

The moved casing of the hatch can be established in any situation irrespective of, whether the hatch is open, is closed or inclined. Opening of the hatch causes at the same time moving of its casing.

Air arrives in car salon through motionless and mobile nozzles of system of the ventilation, allowing to establish the direction of intake of air. This air can be warmed up, if he arrives through a heater, using warmly cooling engine liquids.

Heating

The temperature and the direction of supply of air are regulated by two rychazhka moved vertically located on the forward panel (see fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation).

Air arrives through two motionless nozzles, and also through adjustable lateral and average nozzles of system of ventilation.

Air temperature adjustment

Air temperature is regulated by the left rychazhok (1, see fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation). In the top provision of it a rychazhka heating is switched off, and in the bottom situation – heating maximum. Rychazhok can occupy any intermediate situation to which there corresponds average temperature of heating of air.

Adjustment of the direction of supply of air

The right rychazhok (2, see fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation) are regulated by the direction of supply of air in car salon. In the top provision of it a rychazhka (about a triangle, top directed up) air goes on a windscreen, and also to the lateral motionless lateral nozzles directing it on glasses of lateral doors (against a zapotevaniye of glasses).

In the top provision of it a rychazhka at triangle height, top directed down, air moves through two motionless nozzles in the floor direction.

On the average situation a rychazhka between triangles air moves partially on wind and lateral glasses, and partially on a floor.

In the lowermost provision of it a rychazhka supply of air on glasses and on a floor is blocked, and between the situation corresponding to the bottom triangle, and the lowest situation supply of air on glasses and on a floor of subjects is less, than the rychazhok is closer to the lowest situation.

Nozzles

Adjustment of the direction of supply of air does not concern two nozzles located in the middle of the forward panel. Intensity of intake of air in them is regulated by handles close to them. Besides, mobile plates regulate the direction of supply of air both in horizontal, and in vertical the planes. The temperature of air leaving through them depends on situation a rychazhka (1, see fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation).

The lateral nozzles located on both ends of the forward panel, as well as average nozzles, are regulated individually. Besides, in the top part they are not regulated and direct an air stream on glasses of lateral doors (counteraction to a zapotevaniye of glasses). Intensity of a stream of air through these parts of nozzles depend on the situation a rychazhka regulating the direction of supply of air.

Fan

Intensity of a natural stream of air depends on speed of movement. At speed below 60 km/h intensity is small. It can be increased, having turned on the fan by means of the rotary switch located under rychazhka of adjustment of heating and ventilation and which allows to work to the fan with three speeds.

The switch of the fan has four situation:

0–the fan is switched off;
1, 2 and 3 – the fan is switched on, on each subsequent situation – stronger supply of air.

Elimination of a zapotevaniye of glasses and defrosting of back glass

Under the left lateral nozzle the switch of heating of back glass is located. The pressing its lower part causes inclusion, and on the top part – switching off of heating of back glass.

In some versions of cars switching off of heating of back glass comes automatically in 10 minutes after inclusion. Earlier manual switching off is possible. The control bulb located under the switch, lights up at heating inclusion.


Prevention

Heating of back glass consumes a large number of the electric power. It is recommended to use it only in operating time of the engine and to switch off it how visibility through back glass becomes sufficient.


Heating of forward seats

In some versions of equipment of cars of sitting and their back (or only sitting of the driver) are warmed. Heating joins two rychazhkovy switches (or one), located about an ashtray. This heating reaches full efficiency in 4–6 minutes after inclusion.

Prevention

Heating of forward seats can be included at position of the ignition key in a position "I" (at the switched-off ignition). It is recommended to include, however, heating at the working engine not to discharge the accumulator.


Heating of back glass

Heating of back glass joins the button (2, see fig. Inclusion buttons) over the left lateral nozzle of system of ventilation.
Prevention

The heater of back glass consumes a big current therefore it is recommended to use it only in operating time of the engine and to switch off it how visibility through back glass becomes sufficient.
