GENERAL INFORMATION

Fastening of the metallo-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis

 1–bolts of fastening,

2–clamps

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To lift and fix a back part of the car.
2. To unscrew 3 bolts of fastening to a body of a metal plate of the metallo-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis.
3. By means of the corresponding lever leaning about the lever of a suspension bracket, and by means of the adaptation 15.014 to take the metallo-rubber plug from a nest of a beam of a back axis.
4. To grease the new metallo-rubber plug with glycerin or equivalent lubricant means.
5. By means of the adaptation 15.017 to establish the metallo-rubber plug together with laying and a nut in a nest of a beam of a back axis.
6. To remove the adaptation and to take the lever.
7. To establish a metal plate on the plug and to screw three bolts of fastening of the metallo-rubber plug on a beam of a back axis (one bolt with fixing) and to a body (two bolts).
