7.9. Assembly and adjustment of the main transfer
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish bearings on a differential box, observing a former arrangement of cooperating elements.
2. To establish on a flange of adjustment of a gap of bearings new laying of round section, and also new sealing rings (adaptation 15.076).
3. To oil bearings of a box of differential of the same type, as for the back bridge.
4. To establish differential, and also flanges of adjustment of a gap of bearings and to screw up them a hand in order that bearings became into place.
5. After performance (hand) of several tens turns by a gear wheel of the main transfer (for laying of conic bearings of a box of differential) gear wheels of the main transfer should be so adjusted, that the gap was not felt almost.
6. To establish the holder of the indicator of hour type on a differential box, and its measuring tip to rest at right angle against one of teeths of a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer.
7. To tighten a flange of adjustment of a gap of the bearing of a box of differential from a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer and to weaken a flange of adjustment of a gap of the bearing, located on the opposite side, so that to receive a mezhzubyevy gap of the main transfer of equal 0,05 mm.
8. To screw up a flange of adjustment of a gap of the bearing from differential on 4–5 teeths.
9. To turn, repeatedly a gear wheel of the main transfer and to measure mezhzubyevy a gap in three places of a conducted gear wheel of the main transfer (approximately everyone 120 °).
10. To establish clamps (from unscrewing) flanges of adjustment of a gap of bearings
11. To establish a cover of a case of the back bridge together with new laying, and also the plate with identification data.
