5.6. Replacement of a pedal of coupling

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect a coupling cable from the lever and a coupling pedal, without removing a cable.
2. From an axis of a pedal of coupling to remove a spring clip and the rasporny plug.
3. To remove a coupling pedal assembled.
4. To remove from two parties of a pedal of the plug and to take a gear segment.
5. To remove a spring.
6. To remove one of fixing brackets from a latch axis, to remove an axis and a latch with a spring.
7. To clear details of the mechanism and to establish wear degree.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To grease an axis of a latch and gear sector with graphite greasing and to establish on a pedal.
2. To insert gear sector with a spring into a pedal and fix two plugs.
3. To lift a latch and to turn sector so that the latch leaned on a smooth surface behind teeths.
4. To establish a spring turning gear sector.
5. To establish a pedal of coupling with the rasporny plug.
6. To connect a coupling cable.
