PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check a rod condition.
2. To observe the correct installation – deepenings at the bottom of the piston designations on a rod and its cover (arrow) should be sent to the same party, as.
3. To grease with a thin layer of engine oil a piston finger and to establish it in the plug of a head of a rod.
4. Carefully to establish in piston flutes the spring lock rings fixing a finger in the piston.
5. Using the special adaptation, to establish rings on pistons the party designated by an inscription of "Torahs", towards a bottom. Rings are delivered in a condition ready to installation. Rings should move freely in piston flutes, but without a notable gap.
6. To arrange rings in piston flutes so that locks (cuts) of sealing rings were displaced from each other the opposite sides on a corner 120 ° concerning a cut of a maslosjemny ring.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Diameters of pistons and cylinders are divided into groups which are designated by the letters which have been beaten out on the block of cylinders of the engine and day of the piston.
2. The cylinder and the piston cooperating with it should belong to one group of a choice (see fig. Designations of cylinders on the block of cylinders of the engine and pistons at their bottom).

Prevention

New blocks of cylinders of engines have cylinders with a diameter only A and V groups.


3. To oil surfaces of pistons and internal surfaces of cylinders.
4. By means of the adaptation for compression of rings to insert knots the piston – a rod into the corresponding cylinders.

Prevention

Deepening at the bottom of the piston should be directed towards the fuel pump.


5. To press pistons deep into cylinders.
6. To establish shatunny loose leaves and covers of rods (observing designations – see fig. Designation of a relative positioning of the piston, a rod and its cover) to tighten nuts of bolts of fastening of covers of rods the moment of 60 Nanometers.
7. To measure the resistance moment at rotation of a cranked shaft by means of a dinamometrichesky key.
8. To oil pushers and to insert them according to designations and in directing the block of cylinders of the engine.
9. To establish in the block of cylinders a cam-shaft and an intermediate plate together with new laying.
10. To establish a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye (see subsection 4.2.11.3.3) and a casing of a driving chain of system of a gazoraspredeleniye together with new laying.
11. To grease bolts of a casing of a driving chain of system of a gazoraspredeleniye with pressurizing Frenetanch paste and to tighten them the moment of 10 Nanometers.
12. To attach to the block of cylinders the oil pump so that the konusny opening in the case of the pump settled down opposite to an opening with a carving.
13. To tighten the moment of 22,5 Nanometers a bolt (with the conic termination) fastenings of the oil pump.
14. To establish a copper washer and to tighten a nut with the muffled opening the moment of 30 Nanometers.
15. To establish an original adjusting washer and carefully to tighten a stopper with a carving.
16. To establish the oil pallet. To tighten the moment of 3 Nanometers a drain stopper with new laying.
