Installation of a persistent half ring of a cranked shaft
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To establish laying in a flute in the block of cylinders and a cover of the back radical bearing. |

2. To establish a core of the special adaptation (21.085) on laying. |
| 3. To strike with a wooden hammer on a flat surface of the special adaptation so that laying as appropriate filled the flute provided for it and was not exposed to deformation. To level the laying ends with the plane of the block of cylinders and covers, over this plane elements of a material of laying should not act. To grease with engine oil loose leaves with oil flutes and to lay them in nests of the block of cylinders, paying attention, that they were in the same nests in which stood earlier (to observe the executed designations). |
| 4. Carefully to establish a cranked shaft on loose leaves of radical bearings. |

5. To establish covers of radical bearings No. 2, 3, 4 and 5, and also previously, without lateral sealants, a bearing No. 1 cover. To tighten bolts of covers of radical bearings the moment of 110 Nanometers. |
6. To arrange the indicator of hour type so that its measuring tip concerned a forward part of a cranked shaft.
To check an axial gap of a cranked shaft which should make 0,08–0,29 mm. |
| 7. In case of inappropriate value of an axial gap it is necessary to replace persistent half rings of a cranked shaft. For a choice there are two thickness: 2,30 and 2,50 mm. |

Installation of lateral sealants in a cover of the back radical bearing
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To unscrew a cover of the back radical bearing (No. 1) of a cranked shaft. |
| 2. To put on lateral a sealant a cover of the back radical bearing, holding them by means of the adaptation 21.085 and to attach a cover to the adaptation. |
| 3. To grease with engine oil of a surface of lateral sealants and all knot to press to the block of cylinders. To insert bolts of a cover of the back radical bearing and to tighten them the moment 110Нм. |
| 4 whether. To check freely the cranked shaft in bearings rotates. |
| 5. To cut off the ends of lateral sealants so that they supported the bottom plane of the block of cylinders on 0,5 mm. To use thus a metal level in thickness of 0,5 mm, available in a set of the special adaptation. |
