Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Adjustment of the maximum number of turns
1. To check, whether the pedal of an accelerator and the elements transferring its moving freely move.
2. To start the engine and to warm up it to normal working temperature.
3. To finish the engine to the maximum number of turns.

Prevention

It is impossible to exceed the most admissible number of turns of the engine; the engine on the maximum number of turns should be no more than 5 seconds.


4. If the maximum number of turns differs from recommended (see subsection 3.2.1.2.1), it is necessary to adjust by means of an adjusting bolt 1 (see fig. Adjustment of the fuel pump).
5. To check time of reduction of number of turns from maximum before idling (no more than 5 seconds). If this time is more, it is necessary to execute adjustment of idling and the residual expense preventing switching off of the engine.
Adjustment of idling and residual expense
6. To establish a plate in thickness of 4 mm between a bolt (3) adjustments of a residual expense (the engine preventing switching off) and the lever (2) accelerators (a fuel dosage) (see fig. Adjustment of the fuel pump).
7. To establish a plate in thickness of 20 mm between the lever (5) (see fig. Adjustment of the fuel pump) idling and restrictive bolt.
8. To establish the provision of a restrictive bolt of adjustment of a residual expense so that the number of turns of the engine made 900±100 rpm.
9. To take a plate in thickness of 20 mm. The lever of idling should return to contact to an adjustment bolt.
10. To take a plate in thickness of 4 mm.
To establish the provision of a bolt of adjustment of idling so that the number of turns of the engine made 870±20 rpm.
To check behavior of the engine at a sharp otpuskaniye of a pedal of an accelerator. If time of reduction of number of turns too big, or too small and the engine stops, it is necessary to repeat adjustment.
If the engine all the same stops, it is necessary to tighten on 1/4 turns a bolt of adjustment of a residual expense in case of too slow reduction of number of turns of the engine or to unscrew on 1/4 turns in case of too fast reduction of number of turns of the engine.

Prevention

It is not necessary to tighten or unscrew this bolt more than on 1/4 turns.



Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
2. To unhook spring hooks of fastening of the top casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.
3. To establish the car on the stationary lift.
4. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the bottom casing of a gear belt, then to weaken the second bolt and to turn round the weakened bolt a casing down.
5. To lower the car and to remove the top casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.
6. To designate the provision of a cable of a pedal of an accelerator on the lever of the fuel pump and to unhook from it a cable. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of the lever and to take a cable.
7. To disconnect the socket of an electric wire from the proof-reader of an advancing of injection of the cold engine.
8. To disconnect from the pump sockets of pipelines of injection and sockets of pipelines of return and the proof-reader of a dose of fuel (openings to close the corresponding jams or caps).
9. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a bracket of the bottom arm of the fuel pump. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a bracket to the block of cylinders of the engine.
10. To disconnect the socket of electric wires of the electromagnetic valve of switching off of the engine (STOP valve).
11. Carefully to disconnect the vacuum pipeline between the valve of correction of pressure of a turbokompressor and an inlet collector.
12. To remove a driving belt of the generator.
13. To take from the block of cylinders of the engine a cap of a control opening for installation of the piston of 1 cylinder in VMT.
14. To disconnect pipelines: fuel, returnable and corrections of pressure of a turbokompressor.
15. By means of the corresponding key to turn a pulley of a cranked shaft clockwise so that to establish the fuel pump in a position "12 hours", and cam-shaft cut in a position "8 hours".
16. To turn a cranked shaft of the engine counter-clockwise so that to establish the fuel pump in a position "11 hours".
17. To screw up against the stop an opravka (1) for installation of the piston of 1 cylinder in VMT (see fig. The sizes of an opravka for installation of a cranked shaft in situation VMT).
18. To weaken a bolt (2) fastenings of a roller of the tension device of a gear belt of a drive of the fuel pump, to weaken a gear belt and to tighten a bolt of fastening of a roller of the tension device. To unscrew three bolts (1) fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump.
19. To remove a gear belt and a pulley of the fuel pump.
20. To remove the fuel pump from the block of cylinders of the engine.

Installation


Prevention

At installation of the new fuel pump it is necessary to take a stoppers (cap) closing openings of fuel pipelines and to pour in the pump diesel fuel for simplification of removal of air from it.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check, whether there is in a control opening sideways the block of cylinders of the engine an opravka for installation of the piston of the 1st cylinder in VMT.
2. By means of the corresponding adaptation to establish an opening in a pulley of a drive of the fuel pump opposite to an opening in its case.
3. By means of bolts of Torx to attach a forward part of the case of the fuel pump to the block of cylinders of the engine.
4. After extraction of the adjusting adaptation to establish a pulley on a flange of a drive of the fuel pump and slightly to screw up bolts of fastening of a pulley.
5. To arrange the adaptation for installation of the fuel pump in a pulley and to be convinced that it entered into an opening of a flange of a drive of the fuel pump.
6. To establish bolts of fastening of a pulley on the average the provision of openings in a pulley of a drive of the pump.
7. To put on a gear belt a pulley of the fuel pump.
8. To weaken a bolt of fastening of a roller of the tension device.
9. After automatic moving of the tension device (under the influence of a spring) to tighten a bolt of fastening of a roller of the tension device.
10. To tighten bolts of fastening of a pulley of the fuel pump the corresponding moment.
11. To take an adjusting opravka and the adaptation from a pulley of the pump and the block of cylinders of the engine.
12. To turn a cranked shaft of the engine on two complete revolutions and to establish an opening of the adjusting adaptation of the fuel pump in a position "12 hours", and a cam-shaft – in a position "8 hours".
13. To turn a cranked shaft of the engine counter-clockwise and to establish an opening of the adjusting adaptation of the fuel pump in a position "11 hours".
14. To establish in a control opening of the block of cylinders of the engine an opravka for piston 1 installation. the cylinder in VMT and to screw up it against the stop.
15. Carefully to rotate a cranked shaft of the engine while it will not rest in screwed up in an opening of the block of cylinders an adjusting opravka.
16. To insert adjusting adaptations of the fuel pump.
17. If it is impossible to insert the adaptation for installation of the fuel pump into a flange of a drive of the fuel pump, it is necessary to weaken bolts of fastening of a pulley of its drive and to turn a pulley concerning a flange so that the adjusting adaptation could be screwed up against the stop.
18. To tighten bolts of fastening of a driving pulley of the fuel pump and again to check installation of a shaft of the pump.
19. To take all adjusting adaptations and an opravka and to insert a stopper into a control opening of the block of cylinders of the engine.
20. To establish a bracket of a back arm in the fuel pump and to tighten bolts of its fastening the corresponding moment. To check correctness of fastening of the fuel pump.
21. To screw on the pump sockets of fuel pipelines (injection, return, supply of fuel and a regulator of a dose of fuel).
22. To connect a cable of a pedal of an accelerator according to the designation executed in the course of its detachment.
23. To connect sockets of electric wires of the electromagnetic valve of switching off of the engine (STOP valve) and the proof-reader of an advancing of injection of the cold engine.
24. To establish the top casing of a gear belt of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.
25. To lift the car, to turn up the bottom casing of a gear belt of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye, to insert a bolt of fastening and to tighten it and a bolt serving as an axis of rotation of a casing.
26. To put on a driving belt of the generator and to pull it.
27. To lower the car and to tighten a bolt of fastening of the top casing of a drive of system of a gazoraspredeleniye.
28. To remove air from fuel system.
