3.1.4.10.7. Hydraulic knot of management

GENERAL INFORMATION

Sockets of electric wires of hydraulic knot of management


1–socket of knot of electromagnetic valves,

2–socket of the main electromagnetic valve,

3–socket of the sensor of fires of braking,

4–socket of the hydraulic pump

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To switch off ignition.
2. To lower pressure in hydraulic system.
3. To remove a sheet casing of hydraulic knot of management.
4. To disconnect sockets of electric wires from hydraulic knot of management.
5. To clean by means of a syringe brake liquid from a tank.
6. To disconnect hydraulic pipelines from management knot.
7. To close the corresponding caps of an opening in pipelines and a case of hydraulic knot of management.
8. To remove a floor covering under a brake pedal.
9. To unscrew bolts of fastening of hydraulic knot of management.
10. To remove hydraulic knot.

Prevention

After removal of hydraulic knot of management not to touch a pusher core.


Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
For installation of hydraulic knot of management it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to process of its removal. After installation of hydraulic knot of management it is necessary to remove air from brake system (see subsection 3.1.4.10.4).
